Booking a SloWays trip is quick and easy. Here is a summary of everything you need to do!
How to book a trip

Contact us: See a trip that inspired you? Send us an email with your desired dates and the number of people!

Receive a quote: we will send you a first quote, to confirm based on the hotel availability. To proceed with the booking, we will ask you to pay a 30% deposit. In case of last minute requests - less than one month before departure date - we will ask you to pay the full amount of the trip.

Receive our confirmation: Once all the hotels confirm your booking, we will send you a final confirmation of your trip as well as a final quote with all services and hotels included in the price; we will ask you to pay the trip balance one month before departure.

Receive the documentation: A few weeks before departure, we'll send you a digital version of all travel documentation via e-mail. You can also find it printed at your first hotel, by paying an extra fee.

You can pay with bank transfer or with a credit card through a Stripe link.
We recommend that you contact us at least two months before the desired departure date, to avoid lack of availability in the standard accommodation, which may result in an increased price.
Insurances
Your travel package will automatically include a medical-luggage insurance, that will refund you of medical expenses, and of the commercial value of your luggage. In order to receive a refund, you will have to report the accident to the toll free number 02 58286532. The maximum coverage for medical expenses is: 1.000 Euros in Italy, 7.000 Euros in Europe & Mediterranean countries, 10.000 Euros for Russia and other World countries. The maximum coverage for luggage is 1000 Euros.
While booking, you can also choose to include an optional cancellation insurance. Its price is 5,1% of the total package cost. This insurance will allow you to be refunded of the cancellation fee you would otherwise have to pay, in case the annulment happens because of: health reasons (own or close relatives - Covid19 infections included), material damage caused by natural disasters, impossibility to take part to the trip because of new job hiring or summoning to appear in court.
