The most popular month for Dolomites walking holidays is August so, if you'd be interested in booking for that time of the year, we highly suggest that you book as soon as possible.
You should encounter warm, sunny conditions from July through to September, even at high altitude. As you near the summit, could still encounter patches of snow at the beginning of July.
